Had a great time performing with Michelle Bradley and meeting the students at the Castel Artes festival in Mirepoix, France! Bravo to the festival organizers and the other wonderful performers.
Concerts are slowly starting to happen again. Looking forward to another residence in Engadin this summer, where I’ll be playing a dozen or so chamber concerts, and also to my performance with the wonderful opera star Michelle Bradley in the South of France, on this new festival put together by my friend Edwin Crossley-Mercer: castelartes.com. I enjoyed playing 16 concerts this summer with the Salonorchester St. Moritz and the Pontresina Camerata. The concerts were all in the morning, leaving time in the afternoon for some beautiful hikes in the surrounding mountains. This shot was taken at 3000 meters on the Italian/Swiss border.
